Villa Söderas on yksi Lidingön upeimmista huviloista, kauniilla paikalla, josta on esteetön merinäköala Tukholman vesiväylälle. Rauhallinen keidas kaukana kaupungin vilskeestä ja silti vain 20 minuutin päässä Tukholman keskustasta. Hotellissa on 37 huonetta, joista 33 on kahden hengen huoneita ja 4 yhden hengen huoneita — yhteensä 80 vuodepaikkaa. Villa Söderasissa on tilaa kaikenlaisille kokouksille. Johtokokouksista ja pienryhmistä koko yrityksen konferensseihin. Suurimpaan huoneeseen mahtuu jopa 50 vierasta teatterityylisillä istuimilla.
