L’Ermitage Hôtel Cuisine-à-manger offers an enchanting environment overlooking the City for meetings, seminars and all kind of events. MEETING ROOMS The meeting rooms and event spaces are decorated with original vintage furniture, each object has a story to tell. They are fully equipped: black and paper boards, giant screens, video-projectors, and wifi. Wifi and private parking are free of charge. SLEEP Sobriety and modesty were a necessary response on this site which saw the living of hermits until the middle of the XXth century. Conceived as the cell of an anchorite, walls of raw concrete, oak wooden floors chocolate curtains reminiscent of monks’bure, wall lamps made out of old locks, your room is an invitation to contemplation. As Mahatma Gandhi used to say, « There is more to life than simply increasing its speed », so take your time now, lighten up … we are here for you! EAT The « Cuisine-à-manger » welcomes you every day with a "bistronomique" menu : gastronomie and originality in your plate. Creative cooking, original tastes, unrestricted views, terrace, everything is there to live a beautiful moment.
