World Trade Center sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla Vastra Hamnenin sydämessä. Siellä on kaksi modernia toimistorakennusta, joissa on toimistotilat, liikekeskus, ravintolat, konferenssitilat, kuntosali, pankki ja kaupat. WTC Malmössa toimii yli 100 yritystä, joilla on noin 1 600 työpaikkaa. World Trade Center Malmo tarjoaa yksitoista kokous- ja kokoushuonetta jopa 110 osallistujalle. Kaikissa huoneissa on laajakaista, langaton internet ja projektorit. Huoneet ovat valoisia ja ilmavia, ja näkymät Öresundiin antavat ympäristölle vaikutelman ylimääräisestä tilasta.
