Majvik on varma valinta kokouksiin, koulutuksiin, kongresseihin ja juhlatilaisuuksiin. Se sijaitsee Espoonlahden rannalla, vain 25 kilometrin päässä Helsingin keskustasta, Kehä III:n varrella. Majvikissa on useita erinomaisia luentosaleja, kokous- ja kokoushuoneita, jotka on suunniteltu ammattikouluttajien neuvoin. Kokoustilat sijaitsevat hotellissa ja rannalla. Majvikissa on 100 hotellihuonetta, joista 77 on yhden ja 21 kahden hengen huoneita. Lisävuoteilla mahtuu jopa 200 henkilöä. Majvikissa on myös kolme sviittiä, joista yksi sijaitsee itse linnassa ja kaksi meren rannalla.
