The hotel is ideally situated on one of the main entries to the downtown area. The Elliot Park neighborhood features beautiful brick brownstones as well as new construction. Within walking distance are the Hennepin County Medical Center which will complete its state-of-the-art Cancer Center, multiple corporate buildings and headquarters including Wells Fargo, Target and Thrivent Financial, and US Bank Stadium, home of the Minnesota Vikings. The hotel’s social scene is vibrant, but relaxed. The rich wood, elevated bar program, focus on fire and Hygge, all create an ambiance of comfort and luxury while still remaining approachable to the business traveler and leisure guest alike. Music and lighting are a large aspect of the hotel scene and will be adjusted and programmed according to the energy level and environment of the guests in the space. We envision this hotel to be a gathering place of all walks of life, from the locals in the neighborhood to the travelers from all over the world.
