Spanning 372 m² and offering one of the most spectacular views in the world over the Eiffel Tower, it is ideal for meetings of up to 150 guests, gala dinners for 200 guests or cocktail receptions for up to 230 guests. Cancellation policy – summary • All cancellations (full or partial) must be notified in writing. • Cancellation terms do not apply in cases of force majeure. • Invoicing is based on the total services contracted for the event. Full cancellation (≥ 50%) Applies in case of date change, cancellation of 50% or more of rooms/participants/total amount, non-payment of deposits, or event interruption. • More than 30 days prior to the event: deposits paid or due are retained. • 30 days or less prior to the event: 100% of the contracted amount is due. Partial cancellation (< 50%) Cancellation fees apply according to the date of notification: • Up to 10% free of charge until D-61 • Up to 5% free of charge from D-60 to D-31 • 90% fees from D-30 to D-8 • 100% fees from D-7 onwards • All cancellation fees are payable within 7 working days. Flexibility Terms may be adjusted depending on the scale or complexity of the event, subject to mutual agreement.
