The hotel "Due Gemelli" is a modern and pleasant hotel, owned and operated by the Gaeta family for over forty years. It boasts a friendly and simplistic atmosphere. It is situated in the picturesque Cinque Terre region, three thousand meters above the sea level between vineyards and pine forests and only five kilometres from the resort village of Riomaggiore and nine kilometres from the city of La Spezia. The hotel overlooks out onto the sea with rooms that include all the comforts. The guest rooms are well furnished & eleganty decorated. It also has two dinning salons overlooking the sea, excellent for banquets, celebrations, formal dinners and private parties.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
