In San Giovanni in Fiore in the heart of the Sila in a landscape setting are the exciting new Dino's Hotel recently renovated. New Dino's Hotel is located in the town of San Giovanni In Fiore at Viale della Repubblica 248 in Italy. The hotel has the modern design and offers 34 comfortable rooms for a comfortable stay in the hotel. The private room is ideal for an after-dinner sparkling and refined, to relax or to enjoy cocktails and snacks. It is certainly elegant and intimate for candlelight dinners. The restaurant provides an elegant service for weddings and banquets and can accommodate approximately 300 people.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
