The Hotel Metropole is an elegant 4-star hotel situated in a beautiful setting overlooking the Gulf of Santa Margherita. It has 59 rooms located partially in the panoramic Villa Porticciolo in the centre of the garden. The hotels are surrounded by large gardens that gently slope down towards the beach. They are only 35 metres away from each other, which makes it easy to organise conferences and business meetings, as well as other types of events, such as special presentations and ceremonies. The Hotel Metropole has a well-equipped conference and banquet room measuring 175 square meters. It can host up to 160 people and can also be divided into three smaller separate rooms, each with direct sunlight and garden view. Meeting rooms are available to host banquets, corporate events and even wedding ceremonies.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels.
When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Who doesn’t enjoy traveling, movies, music, games, and room escape challenges? We figured if we’d have fun building and testing these Tourist Scavenger Hunts, you would also enjoy doing them. This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout.
Simple And Fun
Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
