Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, Spark Residence offer our guest a choice of one or two bedrooms, separate lounge, fully equipped conference and party hall. Cinemas, Restaurants and Shopping areas are all within short distances. We offer 125 Suites consisting of One Bedroom Suite & Two Bedroom Suite. Each Floor comprises of two Units of two Bedroom Suite and five Units of one Bedroom Suite.
