Clarion® Hotel Helsinki Airport sijaitsee aivan lentokentän terminaalin vieressä, ja sinne pääsee kävellen vaivattomasti suoran sisäyhteyden kautta. Tapahtumapaikkaan kuuluu autohissi, joka mahdollistaa suoran ajoneuvo- ja laajamittaisen tuotteen pääsyn näyttelyihin ja lanseerauksiin. Hotellin 12. kerroksessa sijaitseva Horizon-kokoustila 124 neliötä tarjoaa upeat näkymät lentokentän alueelle.
