About us

Embassy Hotel is a prestigious 4 stars hotel located at stone’s throw from Santa Maria Novella Central Station, from the historical centre and the main exhibition and congress centre. Sobriety, elegance, comfort, service and technology are its peculiarities. It is a luxurious completely renovated hotel within an aristocratic place of the 19th century where the elegance and the style of that age combine with the comfort of the finest technological facilities. Embassy Hotel has 38 rooms and suites; each room is unique and richly appointed. The rooms are situated in the main building. Each room is unique and has a different style according to the position. The rooms of the main building were realized in classic style. It also offers 2 spaces that can be hired for functions, events, parties and meetings for up to 50 guests in Sala Prisma.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.

This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout. Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
