Hotel Il Cigno is a 4 star hotel in Covigliaio. It is nestled in the splendid scenery of the Tuscan hills & is found within the 120-hectare homonymous estate at 750 m above sea level. It is ideally positioned to visit the cities of Florence and Bologna, while the Mugello motor racing circuit and the Bilancino Lake are only 20 minutes away. It is surrounded by a natural splendour of woods, fields and pastures, in one of the most beautiful areas of the Tuscan Apennine region. The hotel has 31 well furnished guest rooms. They have an independent entrance and a view to the garden. The restaurant offers a cuisine that reflects the ancient flavours of the region as well as refined and elegant furnishings. The 250-sq. m Montebeni room is well-equipped, spacious and luminous and can host from 100 to 150 guests. It is just perfect for meetings, weddings or for any other occasion or event.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.

This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout. Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
