Since 1933 the family De Carolis is still owned and run the Hotel Iris Crillon with care and dedication. In these 80 years it has developed a unique sense of service and hospitality. The customer service is always a priority, the detail is always nice, upgrading and restructuring continues were always a dogma. All this to offer all customers a restful and relaxing holiday in Fiuggi and Ciociaria. All 40 rooms have been completely renovated. They all have an adequate size to ensure enough space for a pleasant stay. All are equipped with direct dial phone to the outside, 21 or 26-inch LED television, heating, bathroom with shower or bath, hairdryer, chair or armchair, table-desk, double door wardrobe with drawers. Wifi available.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.

Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
