La Pirogue Resort & Spa is one of the longest established and most loved resorts in Mauritius. Inspired by the famous fishing boats of Mauritius from which the resort takes its name, La Pirogue Resort & Spa's unique architectural style is enhanced in its guestrooms by the added rustic warmth of wood and thatch. The hotel has 248 charming ground floor rooms tucked away in rustic thatched cottages, featuring new warm shades throughout. La Pirogue had a soft bedroom refurbishment recently and now guests can enjoy a fresh boho-chic style accommodation experience, facing magnificent palm-grove or the turquoise sea. Here, an exceptional gastronomy is offered by 5 world class restaurants, 4 combined with evening entertainment until the early hours. La Pirogue Resort & Spa has 40 years’ experience in organising various types of events for any occasions, with its fully equipped indoor conference venues, outdoor open spaces for creative use up to 1000 people and combined facilities with its sister property next door. There is a wide range of fun land and water activities for onsite team building including free green fees at Ile aux Cerfs Golf Club and Tamarina Golf Club.
