Owned by the Brini-Batacchi family the Hotel Degli Orafi is well known worldwide , as the setting for James Ivory's film "A Room with a View". The film was the winner of 3 Oscars in 1985, including the one for the best set design. This magnificent 4-star luxury hotel is located in an ancient Florentine building dating back to the 13th century.
