Het verhaal van Farmhouse Inn gaat meer dan honderd jaar terug toen in 1911 een meevaller op de hopmarkt de Sonoma-droom van onze Bartolomei-voorouders werkelijkheid maakte. Na vijf generaties (en tientallen jaren familiefeesten onder de olijfbomen, in de wijngaarden en rond de keukentafel) vind je broers en zussen Joe en Catherine Bartolomei, die een vervallen herberg hebben gekocht op een paar kilometer van de ranch van de overgrootouders in de Russian River Valley en er een van de best beoordeelde hotels ter wereld van hebben gemaakt.
