About us

he hotel is situated at 3/73 Via Gatti, a side road to the historical Via Giardini, which leads up to the Appennines, passing through Maranello, the town where the Ferrari car-factory lies. The Hotel is located in green surroundings and is part of the brand-new. A large car park is reserved on the outside and 21 places are available in an underground car park. The La Fenice Hotel is equipped with halls for business meetings, congresses, exhibitions and shows. It has a cosy “America Bar”. The “La Fenice” Hotel has been built in accordance with the latest safety standards and has 48 spacious rooms complete with bathroom and balcony available, elegantly furnished and equipped with all modern comforts. The hotel also has a breakfast room, a lounge area and a television area. La Fenice is therefore an ideal spot ensuring a pleasant stay whether for work or for leisure.
