Si le Groupe choisit d'annuler le présent Contrat pour une raison autre qu'une résiliation pour cause ou force majeure, le Groupe accepte de fournir un avis écrit à l'Hôtel accompagné du paiement indiqué dans le barème suivant : • 60 jours avant la date d'arrivée du groupe (60 % des dépenses totales) • 59 à 30 jours avant la date d'arrivée du groupe (80 % des dépenses totales) • 29 jours ou moins avant la date d'arrivée du groupe (100 % des dépenses totales) Sinon, nous traiterons avec chaque groupe en fonction des circonstances réelles.
