Politique d’annulation
For all meetings and events, there is an agreed cancellation policy. This will be charged as shown below: Cancellation 6 to 12 weeks before the date of event - 25% Cancellation 4 to 6 weeks before the date of event - 50% Cancellation 2 to 4 weeks before the date of event - 75% Cancellation less than 2 weeks before date of event - 100% In every case, if we are able to relet the space (and we will do all we can to achieve that) the result turnover will be deducted from the cancellation charge.
