Hill Rise Hall has been open for business for 34 years. A lot has changed since the inaugural meeting in 1978. It is located in Basingstoke, Hampshire, England. The building has two halls which can be used for meetings/events purpose. There are many facilities at the venue including disabled access, car parking, etc.
