Surplombant la mer Méditerranée, l'InterContinental Phoenicia Beirut est situé le long de la célèbre promenade « Corniche », à quelques minutes du quartier des affaires et des banques de la ville et du centre-ville toujours animé et divertissant du « Down Town ». L'aéroport international de Beyrouth se trouve à seulement quelques kilomètres. Les sites historiques de Beiteddine, Baalbeck et The Cedars valent la peine d'être visités. L'InterContinental est un point de repère historique au Liban et au Moyen-Orient.
