Wynyard Park Limited is a joint venture company between JC Musgrave Limited and Helios Properties plc. The company was formed in 2005 with the purpose to create the high class 700 acre mixed use development, Wynyard Park. This magnificent office building offers a serviced reception, conference and exhibition facilities and Java Bistro. Situated in the heart of North East England, come and visit us to see what we can offer you.
