Led by Executive Chef Chris Thompson, the innovative menu features fresh takes on classic dishes, focused on seasonal Colorado ingredients. The Nickel is available as a private breakfast space for groups Monday-Friday prior to 10:00am, as well as full and partial buyouts for lunch and dinner.
