Our private indoor golf club, Konnectgolf, was purposefully designed to bring people together in a golf-forward environment with a real focus on members or guests “konnecting”. It has accomplished that in small get-togethers of four to events of 85 people. Our members are very familiar with our high touch service as we strive to deliver it on a daily basis. Casa Carmen is the new venture of a Mexican family led by renowned chef Carmen “Titita” Ramirez Degollado and her grandsons Sebastian and Santiago. The Mexican restaurant is an homage to their passion for traditional Mexican food, heritage ingredients, and dining customs. The space evokes the feeling of being in a subdued, earth-toned hacienda with high ceilings and a cozy ambiance. “Queremos que te sientas como en CASA ” We want to share with the world the traditional Mexican recipes from regions such as Veracruz, Puebla and Oaxaca, such as mole, guacamole and different kind of tacos.
