The largest museum is the Natural History Museum of Cabo San Lucas which houses artifacts and collections of paleobotany, geology, and paleo-biology. Visitors can also tour the Mission San Jose del Cabo built in 1730 by a Jesuit Mission or stop by El Triunfo for a glimpse into the silver mining legacy of Baja California Sur.
