Situated on a 36 hectare garden and natural bush estate, the historic Peppers Craigieburn Bowral combines a purpose built conference centre, professional facilities, tranquil surrounds and friendly service to deliver the ideal conference destination. Just one and a half hours drive from Sydney, Canberra and the Central NSW Coast, Peppers Craigieburn can cater for small intimate meeting to large gala dinners for up to 200 delegates. We have six function spaces for you to choose from including five meeting rooms with natural light and overlooking landscaped gardens and terraces with an internal courtyard. Under the direction of our Montfort's Dining Room's executive chef your delegates will enjoy sumptuous dining experiences featuring fresh local produce during their stay. Our resort boasts 72 guest rooms spread across two wings with a selection of rooms featuring views of the golf course and landscaped gardens while our premium accommodation includes an airy balcony with views designed for relaxation.
