Casa Veranera is a stylish, ultra chic and intimate boutique hotel in the popular neighborhood of San Diego, inside the centuries old and irresistibly charming historical city of Cartagena de Indias. Just one block away from Plaza Fernandez de Madrid and two blocks away from Plaza San Diego, guests can enjoy the sunny bustling city by day and retreat to the tranquil hideaway on Calle Quero. The property is adorned with antique furniture from around Cartagena in a newly restored 400 year old colonial house. Each of the 5 guest rooms has a distinct ambience color and features artwork from local artists that references the history or culture of the city. Furniture in the room is carefully selected to complement the artistic modern hotel but still preserves the feeling of antiquity. We provide a range of services including parties and private events.

The founders had spent years making trips to these islands and were never satisfied with both the level of service or quality of the boats on offer. With such a gap in the market the company has proved very successful ever since its beginnings in 2015. We take pride in providing stress-free, customized island tours and will endeavor to meet any customer requirements.
Our extensive fleet of modern and well-kept vessels all come with a professional, friendly and attentive captain and assistant. All options are fitted with powerful Bluetooth sound systems and all our yachts have air-conditioned interiors with full bathrooms.
Our team are a mix of Colombians and internationals, coming from different backgrounds but all having extensive experience in the service industry; from restaurants and hotels to Scuba diving and tour guiding.
Our boat crews, the captains and assistants, are from the surrounding area of Cartagena and have worked on the water and with tourists all their lives.
