Hotel Texel is located about 5km from the nearest villages De Koog and De Cocksdorp. Wake up with the soothing singing of birds and the fresh smell of the morning in one of our 21 modern rooms, all equipped with double divan beds. Enjoy the taste Texel in our restaurant where our chef emphasizes the use of local products grown on the island, nearby and of course on our own farm. Your party is our specialty. Your birthday, reception, meeting, party, (Christmas) party, staff party or BBQ will never-to-be-forgotten. Besides the unique rural location with a large sunny garden, Hotel Texel offers a wide variety of lunch and dinner options which together with our dedicated employees ensure you an unforgettable celebration. Hotel Texel has two multifunctional meeting rooms which seat up to 40 persons. Both meeting rooms are equipped with modern audiovisuals have abundant day light and can be set up in each desired table arrangement.

We figured if we’d have fun building and testing these Tourist Scavenger Hunts, you would also enjoy doing them. This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout. Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
