Regal Kangbo Hotel is strategically located in Dezhou's new Economic Development Zone , adjacent to the Municipal Government Office Tower. It is currently the city's only five-star internationally branded hotel and one of its' tallest buildings, standing 100 metres high , covering a total gross floor area of over 40,000 sq. m. The hotel features 215 luxurious and spacious guestrooms and extensive meeting and banquet facilities. In addition, the hotel offers first class dining options as well as state-of-the-art recreational facilities. Regal Kangbo Hotel features the most extensive meeting and conference facilities in Dezhou's hotels, which includes 7 function rooms and the large pillarless hotel grand ballroom which is the perfect venue for all types of meetings, conferences, cocktails, group gatherings and banquets.

Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”.
A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era.
