This former sporting lodge is nestled within the sleepy village of Tongue on the north coast of the stunning Scottish highlands. Overlooking the beautiful Kyle, the stunning Ben Loyal, and the gentle sweep of Ben Hope with Castle Varrich in the fore, the Tongue Hotel offers the visitor a glimpse of its glamorous past and reflects a bygone era. Hotel boasts 19 unique bedrooms and many original features such as wood panelling, open fires, traditional antique furnishings, genuine exhibits and authentic paintings. You can dine in our elegant Hotel Restaurant or the lively Brass Tap public bar. We are the ideal size for private parties, large or small gatherings – this beautiful house makes for a fabulous fully catered party house! We can offer spacious Highlands accommodation with excellent facilities for the larger family party or group of friends of 10-40. We also provide the opportunity for a truly bespoke wedding, civil service or celebration.
