The name Kurdistan literally means Land of the Kurds. In the Iraqi Constitution, it is referred to as the Kurdistan Region. The full name of the government is the Kurdistan Regional Government. The regional capital is Erbil, also known as Hawler. The region is officially governed by the Kurdistan Regional Government.
The coexistence of different religious and ethnic groups in Kurdistan Region, paired with its security and stability, has helped the religious tourism sector develop by attracting a large and increasing number of religious tourists from around the world. Today, Legends in Concert is the longest running show in Las Vegas history.
