L'Ultimo Mulino is a small hotel situated in the green of the Chianti, the result of a careful restoration of an old mill of 1400. Everything has been conceived and designed with the sole intent of keeping the original atmosphere of this wonderful country cottage. L'Ultimo Mulino is located in the heart of one of the most beautiful areas of Italy, Chianti Classico. From here you can visit small villages, remained intact despite the passage of time and fascinating medieval castles still immersed in the splendor of centuries ago. The hotel is also the perfect place from where to start the discovery of the most beautiful cities in Tuscany like Siena, San Gimignano, Cortona and Florence.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
