Step by step we are banning all single use plastic products.

Supplier Diversity: We are committed to partnering with diverse suppliers and vendors, actively seeking out opportunities to engage with minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned, LGBTQ+-owned, and other diverse businesses. 5. Community Engagement: We engage with and support organizations and initiatives that promote DE&I in our communities. This includes sponsoring events, participating in mentorship programs, and volunteering our time and resources. Leadership Commitment: Our leadership team is actively involved in championing DE&I efforts, setting clear goals, and holding themselves and others accountable for progress. Regarding our efforts/initiatives to obtain certification in DE&I programs, we are actively exploring opportunities to formalize and validate our commitment to DE&I through recognized certification programs. While certification is one aspect of our DE&I journey, our ultimate goal is to create an inclusive culture where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best work. We recognize that certification can provide external validation of our efforts and help us benchmark against industry best practices.
