Kapitea Ridge is an intimate and stylish, luxury boutique hotel on the rugged West Coast of the South Island of New Zealand. The lodge is located between Hokitika and Greymouth, and lies amongst 8 hectares of prime coastal land with panoramic views over the wild beaches and indigenous rainforest. You can find an ambiance that is reflected in the décor and design of the five ensuite guest rooms. Doreen and Geoff are happy to assist with formalities, and we'll take care of all your wedding requirements, especially if you are planning your New Zealand wedding from another country.

Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”.
