With a building area of 14480 ㎡, it is close to Linyi elderly hospital and Linyi people's Hospital (Beicheng hospital). With convenient transportation and superior location, it is a comprehensive hotel integrating accommodation, banquet and conference. The hotel has two dining areas with different styles. The first floor is a full-time cafeteria with an area of 300 square meters, which can accommodate 96 people. The dishes are complete and nutritious; Lunch and dinner are provided with a la carte service, focusing on nutrition and health preservation. The dishes are local fried dishes and seafood; The second floor is Yiheyuan restaurant. There are 6 banquet rooms with 64 seats. The dishes highlight the concept of green, healthy and safe food. The local specialties are the main ones, and the combination of ordering and matching is adopted. It is an ideal place for family banquets, friends' meals and business banquets; From the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor, there are 2 multi-functional halls and 4 conference rooms, which can meet the needs of 30 tables and 500 people at the same time; Floors 4-12 are the guest rooms of the hotel, which are equipped with four types of rooms: standard room type, business room type, standard suite and deluxe suite, which can meet the needs of different groups of guests such as business travel and team guests.
