When planning your meeting or event, the Courtyard Long Beach Downtown provides more ways to make your guests' experience productive, with just the right amenities. The Courtyard offers 216 guest rooms, featuring luxury bedding and an oversized desk with ergonomic chair. Meeting space includes 5 meeting rooms with a total of 6,330 square feet of space. The largest meeting room is 2,700 square feet with a maximum capacity of 240 guests. There are 8 breakout rooms and exhibition space on-site. A dedicated staff, including our on-site event manager and chef, is available to take care of all of your catering and audio-visual services, from start to finish. Meeting attendees will enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and a 24-hour business center. A new addition to the hotel in May 2013, is James Republic, our full-service restaurant and bar, offering farm-to-table California coastal cuisine dictated by fresh season ingredients. Guests can relax beside our outdoor pool or get a workout in our 24-hour fitness center. The Market™ open 24/7 is perfect for late-night snacks and drinks. Located just 6 miles from Long Beach International Airport and 23 miles from Los Angeles International Airport, guests can take advantage of the hotel's central location to many local attractions. The convention center is just minutes away and dining and night-life is within walking distance. Our team makes every meeting our biggest priority.

This nonsmoking hotel has 9 floors and 216 newly renovated guest rooms, along with a brand new lobby that opened early 2025. It’s 12 meeting spaces (10 indoor for 8,910 sq ft, 2 outdoor spaces for 17,105 sq ft) offer up a lot of potential for a successful event. The Check-in time for the hotel is 4:00pm and the Check-out time is 11:00am, with Express check-out.
