The Hotel features 1,412 m² of versatile event space, distributed across flexible meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 1,000 delegates. Designed by acclaimed architect John Pawson, the main conference areas are defined by clean lines, spacious layouts and a minimalist aesthetic, creating a neutral and elegant backdrop adaptable to multiple event formats, from large conferences and conventions to product launches, exhibitions and private events. Additional meeting rooms and support areas ensure smooth event flow and operational efficiency, while dedicated event services guarantee a seamless experience from planning to execution. Following a full renovation in 2017, Hotel Puerta America offers a design-led venue combining gastronomy, leisure and versatile event spaces. Distinctive outlets such as The Observatory, Karrara Terrace, Lobby & Bistró, and Marmo Bar can also be reserved exclusively for private events, providing unique settings for networking and social functions. For meetings, the hotel features 950 sq. m. of flexible space on the ground floor, designed by John Pawson and divisible into five sections, with capacity for up to 1.000 guests in total (cocktail layout). On the 5th floor, eight meeting rooms of 56 sq m. each (designed by Victorio & Lucchino) that can accommodate up to 40 delegates each. Some of the rooms can combinable to create up to 168 sq. m. Key services include 24h reception, Wi-Fi, parking (100 spaces), 24h room service, gym, concierge, accessible facilities and private event options.
