Son Sant Andreu, is a large country manor house, which, due to its age, is highly representative of the rural majorcan life of our ancestors combining peace and tranquility with their agricultural and livestock farming tasks which are still practised here today. Now, as an added activity, other types of events take place in the property, as well as agro tourism. Venue is a special venue for celebrating all different types of events. As well as the landscape, full of beauty and tranquility, there are three areas available for use: the first is exterior comprising a large terrace with magnificent views with a capacity for more than 400 people and the extra possibility of the rental of a marquee. The second area available for events is the interior hall with central heating and seating space for 200 diners in the case of round tables, or 300 with rectangular tables. The other area available is a traditional cellar dating back to the 16th century for events with less capacity, as it can hold up to 70 diners using round tables or 120 with long tables. It is used as an independent function room for dances and cocktails.
