Check-in Age: 21 years or older (18 years or older with valid Military ID) Pet Policy: Service animals and Emotional Support Animals ("Assistance Animals") are welcome at all of our properties and must be declared at check-in. Pets are also permitted however there may be an associated charge. Please inquire by calling or visiting the Property. Deposit Policy: A $100 refundable deposit is required of all guests at check-in. Special Policy: Out of respect for our guest’s privacy, full housekeeping services are included in the price of your stay and offered once every two weeks, with a refresh in between. You may schedule additional housekeeping services on a customized schedule through the front desk for $10 per cleaning service. Special Policy: This location has a maximum stay of 28 days. Long-term guests will need to check out at the 28 day limit for a minimum of 48 hours before continuing to stay at this hotel.
