Important meetings call for an impressive venue, and Sheraton Ningbo Hotel is poised to become Ningbo’s premier location for meetings, conferences, seminars and launches. Elegantly designed with state-of-the-art equipment including high-speed internet access and audio-visual systems, meeting rooms can be combined and adapted to a wide range of sizes and formats, from the extravagant Grand Ballroom to an intimate collection of boardrooms and meeting facilities. After a recent renovation, the inventory of twin (including Hollywood twin) rooms now hits 245, more than adequate to accommodate the whole group of attendees under most circumstances. Beyond meeting agendas, Sheraton Ningbo Hotel offers a wealth of options to recharge and help attendees connect with Ningbo. Our event managers` understand that a fun outing can shake off information overload and reenergize everyone: like a 5-minutes’ walkover to the 7-pagoda Temple, a thousand-year long Buddhist temple almost next to the hotel, to offer some incense, listen to some sutras-chanting, or sit in meditation for a while. Business Centre is conveniently located on the ground floor with private working stations and a small meeting room. Secretarial services from translation to binding, lamination, and Chinese typing are provided. Run your imagination wild.And it will be well contained and converted in the dexterous hands of our event managers or meeting concierges, into shapes you want your events to take.
