Built in 1881, this elegant Country House Hotel is set in acres of private grounds on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. Offering truly breathtaking, uninterrupted views across the Yorkshire countryside that must seen to be believed. The hotel consists of 21 comfortable, well-appointed, traditional en suite bedrooms including superior and deluxe accommodation, 3 conference rooms and The Four Seasons Restaurant. On top of this delegates can also enjoy The Ellis Cocktail Lounge and Bar, the newly built conservatory and the wonderful terrace providing the perfect place to relax and enjoy the fabulous views. Our range of function suites can be professionally transformed into the perfect venue for any occasion from business dinners to celebrations, and for those requiring even more room, the hotel’s extensive grounds can accommodate beautiful marquees providing space for as many as 400 guests.
