Any requests for cancellation must be provided in writing. The Hotel will not consider or process any verbal cancellation requests. In the event that confirmed Conference Attendees fail to show at the appointed date, this shall be regarded as a cancellation. If accommodation is to be charged to the individual Conference Attendee/Customer, this charge shall be made to the applicable credit card - in the event that the Hotel has received sufficient information from the Customer to make a valid charge. If the Hotel deems the information to secure the payments is not sufficient, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the Conference Organizers’ master account the sums due. Any requests for changes to previous reservations entailing a reduction of the price of the function, change of dates and/or times, reduction of the duration, quantity and/or quality of the services or premises reserved, reduction in the number of guests, shall be deemed a total or partial cancellation, depending on the extent of the reduction. The Hotel reserves the right to consider that any partial cancellation representing over 60% of the total amount for the function constitutes a full cancellation. In case of any no show, a cancellation fee equal to the contracted full length of stay will be applied. Commencement Date means the first day where accommodation space is held for the group, or the date of the first meeting or event, whichever is the earlier.
