The resort is situated at an impressive height of 7250 feet above sea-level. The resort is delimited by 2000 acres of magnificent cedar and pine forests and enjoys breathtaking views of the Greater Himalayas. All guest rooms and public areas neighboring the resort give you a scenic view of the surrounding dense cedar forests. Simla British Resort provides an opportunity to get close to nature and experience the mystery, romance and adventure of the Himalayas lying back in the luxurious and comfortable setting dating back to 1893.The resort has also been a part of many movie shootings too. The resort is about an hour from Jubbar Hatti Airport at Shimla with regular connections from Delhi. The hotel offers a conference room for social and corporate events.
