Politique d’annulation

Le client peut annuler tout ou partie de l'ensemble des chambres à coucher, des exigences relatives à la nourriture et aux boissons et Exigences relatives à la salle de réunion et aux salles de réception selon les modalités convenues ci-après. Tous les dépôts seront conservés par The Hotel en cas de résiliation complète. Une résiliation unilatérale par le Client, non justifiée par le non-respect des obligations de l'Hôtel, obligera la partie résiliante à verser une indemnité forfaitaire calculée comme suit : Hébergement, restauration et location A) Annulation partielle (attrition) : En cas d'annulation par groupe d'une partie du bloc de chambres, les modalités et conditions convenues suivantes s'appliquent : a) Si, entre la date de la présente entente et le 60e jour précédant l'arrivée, le groupe annule jusqu'à 15 % du total du bloc de chambres, aucun frais d'annulation n'est engagé, à condition que toute annulation supérieure à ces 15 % entraîne des frais d'annulation de 100 % de la partie annulée du coût total du bloc de chambre. b) Si, entre le 59e jour et le 30e jour précédant l'arrivée, le groupe annule jusqu'à 10 % du total du bloc de chambres, aucun frais d'annulation n'est encouru, à condition que toute annulation supérieure à ce 10 % du total du bloc de chambres entraîne des frais d'annulation de 100 %. c) Si, entre le 29e jour et le 07e jour avant l'arrivée, le Groupe annule jusqu'à 5 % du total du bloc de chambres, aucun frais d'annulation n'est encouru, à condition que toute annulation supérieure à ce 5 % du total du bloc de chambres entraîne des frais d'annulation de 100 % de la partie annulée du coût total du bloc de chambres. d) Si, entre le 7e jour précédant l'arrivée, le Groupe annule une partie du total du bloc de chambres (y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, aucun spectacle le jour de l'arrivée), le groupe devra alors encourir des frais d'annulation s'élevant à 100 % de la partie annulée du coût total du bloc de chambre. B) Annulation complète du groupe ou de l'événement En cas d'annulation complète du Groupe, les modalités et conditions convenues suivantes s'appliquent : a) Si l'hôtel reçoit l'avis au plus tard 90 jours avant l'arrivée, le Groupe verse à l'hôtel le montant de 75 % des recettes totales du contrat. b) Si l'avis est reçu par l'hôtel entre 89 et 60 jours avant l'arrivée, le groupe paie à Hotel le montant de 90 % des revenus totaux du contrat c) Si l'avis est reçu par l'hôtel dans les 59 jours précédant l'arrivée, le groupe verse à l'hôtel le montant de 100 % des revenus totaux du contrat.
