Before being widely settled in the 18th and 19th centuries, the Lower Rio Grande River Valley in Texas had some of the largest groves of palm trees in the states. A sanctuary containing some of these still exists today. This room of 970 sqft. has extreme functionality in seating styles and arrangements has an excellent ambience for holding small intimate trainings, meetings, seminar, and small social gatherings. The wide glass windows overlook the beautiful Sugar Land Town Square and allows for natural lighting enhancing a pleasant and stress free environment.
