CANCELLATION POLICY Total cancellation of the group: • Less than 30 days before the group's arrival, 100% of the 1st night will be billed • 1 week before the arrival of the group, 100% of the total invoice will be invoiced Partial cancellation of the group: • 60 days after the arrival of the group, a 20% reduction will be allowed without expenses of the total confirmed group • Between 59 and 30 days upon arrival of the group, a total reduction of 15% will be allowed without charges • Between 29 and 10 days, a 10% group reduction will be allowed without expenses • Between 9 and 4 days before arrival, a 5% group reduction will be allowed without penalty of the already revised quota. • 3 days before the arrival of the group and no show, 100% of the total invoice will be invoiced. Any reduction above the mentioned percentages will be invoiced for the total amount of the canceled accommodation.
