Ave Maria was built in the Early Fifties by Sir W. Halcrow. The Resort is situated just meters from the Greenwich Meridian Rock. Before the Queen’s visit in 1962, the late President, Nkrumah ordered that a chalet and swimming pool should be built for the Queen’s relaxation during her stay. Ave Maria, originally called Halcrow Beach Club, was built in the early 1950s by Sir W. Halcrow, the consultant assigned to the construction of the Tema Harbour. Our Conference Centre has a Main Hall that seats 100 and a Private Rooms that seats between 20 and 60 people.

Each legendary performer not only looks like the star they portray, but use their own natural voices to pay homage to their iconic music counterpart. Legends in Concert live tribute shows are known for their elaborate theatrical sets, magnificent costumes and full array of incredible special effects, including three dimensional multimedia and multimillion dollar, state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems.
An outstanding cast of accomplished tribute artists, talented singers and dancers, and a live orchestra comprised of some the top musicians in the industry, support each Legends in Concert production. What started in 1983 as a limited six week engagement at the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada (now the LINQ), celebrates 40 years of entertaining more than 40 million fans around the globe.
