Climb aboard our classic yacht and take in Seattle’s waterfront views of beautiful Lake Union and adjoining waterways. You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout. The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. The forward stateroom offers double twin-size beds in a v-berth layout. The Rainbird is centrally located, close to downtown Seattle, Lake Union, U of W, and Lake Washington.

The Restaurant and Lounge will be closed from January 3 - May 31, 2022 with alternative dining options available at the resort. *** The hotel and guest accommodation interior touches are inspired by the beauty of the outdoors with finishing colors of sage green emphasizing the lush landscape, the chocolate brown of the surrounding Olympic Mountains and the vibrant reds of a rewarding sunset. Today Alderbrook has 77 guest rooms and 16 cottages. The Resort is complemented by the Spa at Alderbrook, where you can relax and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit seven days a week. One can dine in the Restaurant at Alderbrook, which specializes in fresh seafood and Northwest Cuisine. Alderbrook also boasts a 1,200-foot marina with full moorage service and boat rentals. During summer months, live entertainment and your favorite libations are offered at the Outdoor Patio Café and at a monthly Canal Cookout, which is held at Alderbrook-owned Union City Market. Alderbrook’s expansive conference facilities consist of 6,500 square feet of flexible indoor meeting space with full service catering.
