Clarion® Hotel Helsinki Airport is situated right next to the airport terminal and you can walk there effortlessly via the direct indoor connection. The location is in the hub of the international Helsinki Airport but also close to the growing business area of Aviapolis. At Clarion® Hotel Helsinki Airport, the congress center boasts the largest meeting facilities at the Helsinki airport. A total of 22 meeting rooms offer versatile solutions for a wide range of needs—from intimate gatherings to large-scale events of up to 1,050 guests. The largest event space Runway 1-3 features an impressive ceiling height of seven meters and a floor area of 827 square meters, providing a stunning setting for gala dinners, conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows alike. The event venue includes a car lift, enabling direct vehicle and large scale product access for exhibitions and launches. The Horizon meeting room 124 square meters is situated on the hotels 12th floor, and has a great view to the airport area. Wi-Fi is available in all meeting rooms, and meeting supplies are available depending on the room. Please refer to the room descriptions for more detailed information. The venue is connected to the airport via an indoor walkway, making it the perfect choice for international guests.

In case of cancellations, the cancellation fee will be calculated separately from accommodation, event reservations and catering. Reservations which include both meeting,catering and accommodation, terms are based on the larger reservation (room nights/persons). In large events the hotel reserves the right for event related cancellation terms specified in the contract Hotel rooms: 1-2 hotel rooms/group may be cancelled without charges by 4 pm 1 day before arrival The hotel will charge full payment in cases where the customer either arrives later or departs earlier than what is confirmed or does not arrive at all. The hotel has the right to full compensation on services that cannot be cancelled, for example services ordered from subcontractors.

NÒR our rooftop cocktail bar and à la carte restaurant is located over the roofs of Helsinki Airport. NÒR is a modern brasserie that celebrates nordic culinary art with a strong European influence.
